Tehani Ariyaratne is a feminist researcher with ten years of working experience in the human rights and development sectors in Sri Lanka and South Asia. Her research focus areas include women's labor and environmental justice. She is the Chief Operations Officer for Fearless Collective, a South Asia-based public art project with the aim of reclamation and self-representation for women and marginalized people around the world.
